Yes. Data can be exported from the analytics application as a file download or can be passed directly through to a CRM or ERP via an API.

Does InsurPulse API to CRM or ERP?

Yes it can. However if we have not already built an API to your version of CRM or ERP there may require custom integration services to enable this connection.

Can testimonials be reviewed before they are published?
  • Yes. InsurPulse has a testimonial review and edit application. This allows your team to check and validate testimonials before they are passed through to promotional channels such as your website, intranet, or internal communications channels.
  • Google review and Facebook testimonials are not reviewed. However this Call To Action (CTA) service can be automatically turned on at response level by the positive factor(s) of each individual survey response.
